What the role involves

• Join Barchester Healthcare as a Regulation Duty Desk Advisor, where you'll play a key role in supporting our services to respond effectively to regulators, safeguarding teams and e.
• As part of the Regulation and Quality Improvement Team, you'll help ensure our services provide timely, accurate and reassuring responses to enquiries, concerns, complaints and saf.
• Supporting operations teams in responding to enquiries and information requests from regulators and external agencies.
• Review draft responses to ensure they meet regulatory expectations.
• Liaise with General Managers, Hospital Directors and Regional Directors to gather.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Health & Safety, Feedback, Clinical) to ensure responses are accurate and well-informed.

Skills and requirements

• Work closely with the Regulation Duty Desk Coordinator to triage incoming information and identify required internal actions.
• Provide assurance, and are submitted within required timescales.
• Provide cover for the Regulation Duty Desk Coordinator when required, ensuring smooth operation of the duty desk inbox and reporting processes.
• Experience working within regulated health and social care environments.
