How the role is set up
Working days: Monday to Friday (08:30-17:00). Level 3 Award in Education & Training (or equivalent) qualification.
Where someone would start
Provide in-depth coaching and mentoring support and advice throughout the learning journey and End Point Assessment through an effective use of coaching frameworks. Supporting learners to identify, assess, ands manage risks, including non-compliance at organisational and individual levels. Maintaining professional working relationship with a diverse range of employers, ensuring that they are informed and part of the learning journey for their workforce.
What is expected
- Experience in promoting the importance of compliance and their organisation's role in supporting compliance.
- Experience in assessing products and services, including any associated internal controls to ensure they meet legal, regulatory and organisational requirements.
- Grade A-C GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent.
