Confirmed role details

• This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week based at our Innovation Centre in Aylesbury and 2 days from home.

Additional role context

• Oversee the team’s daily output, ensuring projects move from R&D to Global Brand & Regional teams and to market without regulatory bottlenecks.
• Performance Tracking: Conduct regular 1-to-1s and professional development reviews to foster a high-performance culture.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the regulatory lifecycle for all new product launches (NPD) and existing formulations across key markets (UK, EU, US, China, etc.).
