- Lead the technical evolution of our engineering capability and help establish a level of innovation and quality that goes beyond what is currently available in the industry.
- Technical problem-solving – leading on complex engineering challenges and developing practical, effective bespoke solutions.
- Innovation & solution design – designing and adapting mobility, seating, and assistive technology systems to meet highly individual customer requirements.
- Clinical collaboration – working closely with our Clinical team to translate complex needs into functional engineering solutions.
- Advancing engineering capability – contributing to the development of new tools, techniques, and processes to continually improve the quality and sophistication of our work.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant technical, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, gas, plumbing, or engineering experience may be required.
