Skills and requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior leadership role within a security service-led organisation (e.g.
- Proven track record of driving retention, growth, and operational excellence at scale.
- Full 5-year checkable employment history including references, credit check, and right to work in the UK.
Confirmed role details
- Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00.
- Full-Time, Permanent.
- Ensure every contract operates with clarity, confidence, and strong commercial discipline, while acting as a visible brand ambassador and industry leader.
