What you would be doing

Your focus will be to lead and mentor a team of expert technicians dedicated to equipment reliability. Supporting colleagues in site compliance with safety policies and procedures. Ensure technical availability.

What you need

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or Civil Engineering.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Experience with computers, including MS Excel, Word and Office.

Practical information

• Also have a chance to create an operational plan to make the site more productive and efficient.
• That will involve setting up new projects that improve everything from operational processes to equipment maintenance.
• Additional detail: Training or development support may be provided.
