What the role involves

• We maintain and optimize technologies in the Global Amazon Warehouse & Delivery Network.
• Our technicians focus in on our operational team, their customers, with support from the team and their leaders.
• Put health & safety best practices first in all work carried out ensuring compliance with all health & safety standards and regulations.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on the full range of equipment within the site.
• Communicate clearly with affected parties and work efficiently to fix the issue.
• React quickly to breakdowns.

Skills and requirements

• NVQ Level 3/ SVQ Level 3/ IVQ Level 3/ City & Guilds Level 3/EAL Level 3 all specialized in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics.
• Relevant experience working in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance.
• Advanced proficiency in the local language verbally and in writing.
• Associate's degree in Mechnical or Electrical.

Confirmed role details

• This role includes working in non-traditional shift pattern, which may include nights and weekends.
• Clustering: This role includes working across multiple sites.
• On-Call: This role includes being on-call for emergency cover.
