• Collaborate with a team of chefs and enhanced inmates to prepare.
• Cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Supervise enhanced inmates with food preparation and cooking meals.
• Maintaining accurate kitchen records.
• Assisting with stock checks, orders, and deep cleans.

Skills and requirements

• Must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years and have a legal right to work in the UK.
• Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
