• Bristol, Wiltshire, North Somerset and surrounding areas with essential travel to various retirement Lodges.
• £12.36 per hour, plus mileage reimbursed.

• Know when to act with sensitivity and diplomacy but also have the efficiency and assertiveness to manage the safety of the Owners and the security of the developments.

Additional role context

• Cover the absences of permanent Lodge Managers on an “as and when” basis at Lodges within reasonable travelling distance for you.
• From facilitating social events to supporting the sales team with customer viewings you’ll play a key role in the business and liaise with a range of departments and external conta.
