The Security Officer position with Anchor Group Services centres on preventing and escalating incidents in a timely, accurate and appropriate manner to the Control Room/ Shift Manager/Operations Manager/Emergency Services as appropriate for serious. It would suit someone who can bring ownership, clear communication, and practical organisation to the role.

Where someone would start
Preventing and escalating incidents in a timely, accurate and appropriate manner to the Control Room/ Shift Manager/Operations Manager/Emergency Services as appropriate for serious. Acting as a first line support to customers and visitors on the site, providing a professional and friendly service. Preventing losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing offenders of policy and procedures.
What is expected
- Customer Service experience and confidence to handle conflict in a correct manner.
- Full 5-year employment checkable history.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
