• All Support Practitioners support people to live well in their own homes, building trusting relationships and helping them stay connected to their community.
• Carr Gomm is a leading social care and community development charity, supporting people across Argyll & Bute to live independently, safely, and well in their own homes.
• We are currently recruiting Relief Support Practitioners for the following services in Helensburgh.
• Respond to Telecare alarms 24/7, helping people in emergencies such as falls.

Additional role context

• 7am – 3pm and/or 3pm – 11pm, plus 11pm – 7am waking nights.
