This Support Worker opportunity in Northern Ireland is built around supporting Workers are central to Praxis Care’s mission of providing quality care to individuals. It would suit someone who can bring patience, clear communication, and respectful care standards to the role.

Who the work supports

Work closely with Team Leaders and managers to prepare and implement individual and group support programmes. Ensure that medication is stored and administered in accordance with Praxis Care’s Medication Policy where necessary.

What needs to be in place

  • Where the role requires sleep-ins, a minimum additional payment of £45.00 per night applies.
  • Experience working within the health and social care field.
  • Be prepared to take on additional duties and responsibilities as required.
