As a Support Worker, the work centres on to support individuals / groups within the home, center and community. It would suit someone who can bring positive, with a can-do attitude to the role.

To support individuals / groups within the home, center and community. Everyone we support is an individual, so their care is as unique as they are. To provide a customised, responsive and high quality service to people with multiple sensory impairments, physical and/or learning disabilities who use Sense services.

What needs to be in place
- You don’t need any previous experience to become a support worker with Sense.
Job details
- On-going training and development opportunities.
- We’ll give you full training for our Part Time and Full Time roles.
- We work flexibly across the week so can offer Part Time/Full Time and relief/bank contracts.
