  • Delivering high-quality Religious Studies lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially Key Stage 5.
  • Plan engaging and differentiated lessons that challenge and motivate pupils.
  • Preparing pupils for internal assessments and public examinations.
  • Promote discussion, reflection, and understanding of a range of faiths, ethics, and philosophical ideas.
  • Provide constructive feedback to support achievement.
  • Monitoring pupil progress.

Skills and requirements

  • Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.

Candidate fit

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
