What the work involves

• Contribute to the development of a range of modules across the curriculum and to support the quality assurance processes pertinent to the programme(s) on which you are teaching.
• As a Lecturer you are expected to engage students in the learning process to deliver the best possible student outcomes.
• ~ Develop, update, and continuously improve course materials.

Working environment

~ Undertake a reflective programme of staff development which includes teaching observations, directed study, workshop participation and experiential learning. ~ Design assessments and assess student work, ensuring that all learning outcomes are met.

Skills and requirements

• ~ Keep up to date with best practice in learning and teaching and ensure that your teaching reflects best practice and embeds technologies that enhance the learning experience.
• ESSENTIAL SKILLS and EXPERIENCE: ~ A relevant master’s degree qualification ~ Demonstrable experience of teaching in UK higher education HND/HNC Pearson.
• ~ Experience of supporting learners both face-to-face and remotely.
