- Use the in-house system to monitor and actively schedule operatives and subcontractors.
- Manage demanding situations, ensuring service recovery and customer satisfaction.
- Handling complex repairs.
- Take inbound calls and emails, log issues, allocate jobs.
Skills and requirements
- Experience within social housing and repairs/maintenance.
- Previous experience in planning and scheduling jobs using a planning system.
- Repair works typically carried out by direct labour staff or subcontractors.
- Knowledge of work-in-progress reduction, jeopardy planning, further works management, and extensions of time.
Confirmed role details
- £16.91 per hour (Umbrella Rate).
- 8:00am – 5:00pm Office-Based Full Time.
