What the role involves

• Oversee the work of contractors and consultants ensuring that responsive work, planned and cyclical maintenance programmes are delivered to quality, time and budget.
• Overseeing the provision of responsive repairs & maintenance and void property refurbishment service to residents.

Skills and requirements

• To survey properties and related assets to identify repair work that is required, and future investment needs to ensure the assets are able to fulfil their function without detrime.
• Flexibility, but ideally Building or Surveying QS qualification – HNC, HND or equivalent.

• Ref: HM7086 Salary: £> £47,516.00 PA Contract Type: Permanent.
• Monday to Friday.
• Pay: 35,601.00 - £47,516,00 per annum depending on qualifications, skills and experience.
• Driving Licence and access to car required in order to attend properties on your patch (North Folkestone, Central Hythe) with mileage paid at £0.45 per mile.
