What the role involves

• Accompanying the team leader at client meetings either in person at their office, or on Teams, to receive briefings on new roles.
• Writing job advertisements and social media posts to attract candidates.
• Receiving and reviewing ad response to shortlist candidates, before conducting preliminary interviews to assess suitability via telephone or video call.
• Briefing candidates on roles.
• Proactively searching for further candidates through Linked-In, our database and other research.

Candidate fit

• A strong academic background and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• A demonstrable interest in business.
