• Supporting smooth service-by-service kitchen or service operations.
• Have a great telephone manner, a genuine sense of interest, have impeccable attention to detail, and a good level of IT skills in order to work with our booking systems.

Technical requirements

• Introducing guests to the brand, you will be an integral part of the guest experience, ensuring excellence from the very start of their Beaverbrook journey.
• Have the chance to learn the product in detail, including bedroom tours, restaurant tastings and spa induction, to ensure you are best equipped to sell guests a unique and bespoke.

Practical details

• The Reservations team will work 5 days out of 7 (including weekends) and on shifts to ensure all telephone calls are efficiently answered.
• Earn up to £600 through our recommend a friend scheme.
• Up to £27,352 per annum plus commission and tronc.
• Holidays), rising by 1 day each year for 5 years.
