This Healthcare Assistant role is focused on access to wellbeing support tools, through our thrive 365 channels, Onsite mental health first aiders, and free counselling up to 6 sessions per annum. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.
Where the work sits
Work as part of our close-knit multi-disciplinary team playing a vital role in patient assessment and ongoing clinical review of our inpatients. With exceptionally strong colleague to patient ratios, you’ll have all the time you need to provide truly bespoke care to your patients.
How the role works day to day
Access to wellbeing support tools, through our thrive 365 channels, Onsite mental health first aiders, and free counselling up to 6 sessions per annum. Managing acutely unwell patients and respond to medical emergencies. Managing post-operative care including cytoreductive surgery with hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (CRS and HIPEC).
