Identify and resolve barriers preventing access to properties. Engage with residents through various communication methods to arrange access for surveys and improvement works. Build strong relationships with residents, contractors, and stakeholders.

What needs to be in place
- Experience dealing with the public, including in challenging situations.
- Minimum GCSE English and Maths grade C or above.
