What you would be doing
Complete all Daily Charts to a high standard, ensuring that 90% and above is achieved during all Monthly Daily Charts Audits. Ensure you are 100% current with all your mandatory training throughout the year. Be responsible for promoting our resident's independence with a focus on choice, dignity and respect, alongside promoting their physical and emotional wellbeing.

What you need
- Residing 30 minutes or less near to the care home.
- We have a 4.8 star rating (out of 5.0) on Indeed as a top employer.
- We have Good and Outstanding Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection reports.
Practical information
- The home provides personal and dementia care for 43 residents.
- Top quartile market salaries and Annual Performance related pay increases of up to 8% in addition to any cost-of-living increase.
