What the role involves

• Be responsible for carrying out a regular stock take on janitorial stock.
• Ensure all team member one to ones for housekeeping assistants and ancillary team are completed every two months.

Skills and requirements

• Hold a relevant Level 2 qualification or must contractually sign up to complete this qualification.
• NVQ Level 2 or above in Health and Social Care (preferred).
• Over half our team have a relevant Diploma qualification with others who are currently studying for one.
• We have a 4.7 star rating (out of 5.0) on Indeed as a top employer.

Confirmed role details

• Full Time Permanent Contract, 8am to 4pm, 4-5 shifts per week including alternative weekends.
• Top quartile market salaries and Annual Performance related pay increases of up to 8% in addition to any cost-of-living increase.
• Annual Leave - 28 Days including Bank Holidays.
• Nest Pension Scheme and 3% matched contribution.
