How the role is set up
Support: 24/7 helpline and hardship grants through the Care. As a Children’s Residential Care Worker, you’ll become part of a home where your care, attention, and presence shape the lives of young people aged 8–18.

Supporting young people in their daily routines, including school preparation, activities, and meal times. Build relationships and provide emotional support during both highs and lows. Participate in fun, meaningful activities like trips to the park, board games, or movies.
