Residential Childcare Support Worker
Job description
This Support Worker role is focused on monthly clinical and professional supervisions, access to therapeutic support. It would suit someone who can bring calm, dependable, and steady in a child-focused residential setting to the role.
Why this role may suit you
Experience with Emotional Behavioural Disorder, Social/Residential Work or Youth Work would be advantageous. Your DBS check shall be paid for by ourselves.

What you need
- Successful applicants will be subject to a DBS check at enhanced level if successful for the position.
- Relevant residential childcare, support work, or young-person support experience.
Practical information
- Work 7 x 24 hour shifts including sleep ins over a 3 week rotation- 09:00am- 09:30am the following day.
- Be a part of a team that provide flexible and individual care packages towards all our children and young adults.
- Working for Budwood, you will be joining a supportive and collaborative team which recognises you as an individual.
- All staff are trained in 'Developmental Trauma' and therapeutic parenting to best aid your understanding and ability to provide young people with the best support possible.
