• We have an exciting opportunity to join our new Short Breaks Service as a Residential Children & Young Peoples Worker, on a full-time permanent basis.
• Develop nurturing relationships which promote the service user's independence, wellbeing, strengths, and capabilities.
• Build relationships with parents/carers and other professionals.

Candidate fit

• It would suit someone who can bring warm, steady communication with children and families to the role.

Additional role context

• Our beautiful new Short Breaks home in Rothley, will support children & young people between 0-18 years who have a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), challenging behaviou.
• The service will provide up to 3 service users at any one-time, opportunities to enjoy different experiences, establish friendships.
• Develop confidence, independence and social.
