Skills and requirements

• People with the ability to assist the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in the implementation of all aspects of the Statement of Purpose.
• Need to have experience leading a team in Residential Care.
• To carry out all other reasonable tasks as directed by the Registered Manager and the Deputy Manager.
• A Full UK driving licence is required do to the location and nature of the role.
