• Drive the company car and take young people to social and educational venues.

Skills and requirements

• We are recruiting Qualified and Trainee Residential Support Workers to join our experienced team to work in our clients childrens residential care homes in Corby and surrounding ar.
• Support individuals to succeed within this role as we believe that some of the best youth workers are those with life experience and are just in need of an opportunity to work with.
• We are in a unique position in that we can take on individuals that might not necessary have the relevant qualifications and experience as we have a dedicated training department t.
• Complete an enhanced DBS or provide a portable DBS and successfully complete one of our assessment programmes prior to any placements.
