Job description
As a Residential Childrens Worker in Widnes and surrounding areas, the work centres on attend work reliably and punctually and to follow a set shift pattern. It would suit someone who can bring warm, steady communication with children and families to the role.
How the role is set up

In this role you will be part of a team to support the young person’s throughout the day with basic tasks as supporting with meal preparation, cleaning, education and shopping.
Where someone would start
Attend work reliably and punctually and to follow a set shift pattern. Maintaining a safe, clean and enjoyable environment for the YPs to live and for you to work. Build strong professional relationships with the service users and other members of staff.
What is expected
- Ability to go wherever service users want to go and participate in all activities.
- Ability to read and understand written work and to write clear and accurate reports.
- Ability to communicate clearly and easily with young people in a variety of ways.
