What the role involves

• Give residents an exceptional standard of Concierge service in line with our Standard Operating.
• Provide information to residents about living at Battersea Power Station, processes, the estate.
• Receive and respond to inbound telephone calls, emails and systems notifications, always finding.
• Complete all reporting requirements with accuracy, including data input, fault reporting, and.
• Help to keep the site safe and secure by complying with access control processes, signing in guests.
• Ensure you’re up to date with standard operating.

Confirmed role details

• Battersea Power Station, London, SW11 8BA.
• Be scheduled to work 16 x 12-hour shifts per calendar month.
• These shifts will include a 1-hour unpaid break.
• The primary purpose of this role is to provide energetic, helpful, proactive and knowledgeable Concierge.
