• Managing residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
• Achieve completion targets (around 15 per month) while maintaining the highest standards of client care.
• Work closely with colleagues to support the continued growth and success of the department.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.

• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant legal, paralegal, conveyancing, casework, or administrative experience may be useful.

• Up to £80,000 including bonuses.
