My client is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive, with the role focused on managing own caseload, monitoring and delivering fully against personal targets. It would suit someone who can bring enthusiasm for delivering a high level of customer service to the role.

Where the technical work sits
- Managing own caseload, monitoring and delivering fully against personal targets.
- Independently establish priorities and manage deadlines.
- Proactively and efficiently manage transaction, whilst managing Client expectation.
Technical requirements
- At least 3+ years' experience managing a residential property portfolio of cases from inception to completion.
- Experience in New Build and Shared Ownership essential.
