- Manage a new service for children.
- Work closely with the Registered Manager to establish.
- Directly lead Team Leaders, ensuring motivation, development, and nurturing.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, education advisers from the virtual school, health professionals and social workers.
- Maintaining high standards of care and a culture for your team to excel.
Skills and requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within a residential setting.
- QCF Level 4 Children, Young People and Family Practitioner Diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of childcare, child development, and the impact of trauma.
- Proven track record supporting young people with EBD.
