• Leading your shift to ensure high standards are maintained, and other members of the team feel supported.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant Professional qualification (e.g., Registered Nurse or NVQ/Diploma minimum level 3 in Health and Social Care).
• Minimum of two years' experience as a Care Assistant in residential.
• Over half our team have a relevant Diploma qualification with others who are currently studying for one.
• We have a 4.8 star rating (out of 5.0) on Indeed as a top employer.

Confirmed role details

• Full Time Permanent Contract (7pm-7am - 3 shifts one week, 4 the next, to include alternate weekends).
• Care Home, Sleaford, NG34 9PL.
• Top quartile market salaries and Annual Performance related pay increases of up to 8% in addition to any cost-of-living increase.
• Annual Leave - 28 Days including Bank Holidays.
