About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a residential children’s home.
You will be responsible for the overall management, leadership, and development of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care for children and young people.
This role requires a strong leader who can create a positive, stable, and nurturing environment, while ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards and delivering outstanding outcomes for young people.
Key Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and Ofsted standards Lead, manage, and develop the staff team to deliver high-quality care Promote a safe, caring, and child-centred environment Oversee care planning, safeguarding practices, and risk management Manage budgets, resources, and occupancy levels effectively Develop and maintain relationships with external professionals, families, and stakeholders Prepare for and lead Ofsted inspections and drive continuous improvement What We Offer:

3+ years previous experience working with children or young people within children’s residential homes 2+ years leading staff within a children’s residential home Level 5 leadership & management (preferred) Full UK driving licence Level 3 in Children & Young People
