What the role involves

Skills and requirements

• Hold a Level qualification in Childcare, Health and Social Care or equivalent, or be willing to work towards it.
• Friendly, able to speak as well as listen to children and colleagues.
• Willing to complete an enhanced DBS check, cost covered by us.
• A sleep-in allowance of £ per night.

Confirmed role details

• Per hour, dependent on qualification and experience.
• Shift pattern on rotation – ad hoc cover.
• Budwood, part of the Polaris Community, provides residential care.
• We’ll support you with full training, so you feel confident in your role from day one.
