Residential Support Worker

This Support Worker role is focused on promote the emotional health and self-esteem of learners and support them through changes in their living situation and personal circumstances. It would suit someone who can bring john's, we've been making a positive difference in the lives of children and young people for nearly years to the role.

Who the work supports

We are recruiting 38week/52week positions for our Ashington Gardens, Telscombe Road, College View, and Pier View homes. Ensuring learners' care files are kept up to date and accurate.

How support shows up

Promote the emotional health and self-esteem of learners and support them through changes in their living situation and personal circumstances. As a Residential Support Worker, you will work under the supervision and guidance of the Care Management Team, Senior Residential Support Workers, and Therapy Teams. We are now looking for incredible Residential Support Workers to help us continue making that difference!

Job details

• At the start of each shift, reviewing communication and log books, and liaising with staff at handover to ensure learners' needs are well documented and addressed.
• Residential Support Workers will primarily be based at one location but may be required to work flexibly across all homes as operational needs require.
• Additional detail: Flexible working options may be available.
