What you would be doing
Be fully supported to complete a funded Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare, to build your professional development and meet Ofsted requirements (if not already completed).

What you need
- Experience of supporting vulnerable children within a residential care environment would be advantageous, although not essential, as we will fully support you with relevant trainin.
- Flexible and able to work a residential care rota which includes evening, weekends and holiday periods.
Practical information
- 3 long days per week - .60 (Depending on experience, qualifications and contract type) plus approx. £2,000-£6,000 sleep-in allowance pa depending on number of sleep-ins required.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment to support, advise and guide our young people to develop social, emotional and physical well-being.
- Support and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of all aspects in the home including cooking, cleaning and finances.
- Ability to engage with our children, helping to develop their interests and organising relevant activities to support this.
