We are looking forcompassionate and resilient Residential Support Worker's to support children and young people aged 618 within a nurturing residential setting. The young people we support may present with challenging behaviours and a range of additional needs, including ADHD, autism and global developmental disorders.

Handling shift-by-shift responsibilities with consistency and care. Strong professional approach.
What is expected
- Minimum 6 months experience working with children or young people (residential care, schools, youth work, SEN, family supportor similar).
- Applicants must be aged 22 or over (due to insurance requirements).
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
Job details
- Sleep-in shifts available.
- Shift pattern: Weekends.
