We are seeking a Residential Support Worker to join our growing team, supporting young people with various types of needs in a nurturing and safe environment.

What you would be doing

Supporting the day-to-day running of the children's home, ensuring a nurturing, clean, and safe environment for all residents. Supporting the management of clinical practices and medication processes in line with current legislation. Promote the children's involvement and participation in the day-to-day life of the home and maintain appropriate relationships with families.
