Resourcelink Product Owner focuses on act as the business technical expert for the resourcelink payroll system and associated processes.

What the role involves

• Act as the business technical expert for the Resourcelink payroll system and associated processes.
• Leading end-to-end payroll implementation, including integrations with Finance GL, SuccessFactors Employee Central, and Time & Attendance systems (e.g. Kronos/UKG).
• Own the solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Design workshops, promoting standardised payroll processes and identifying gaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver fully integrated, future-proof solutions.
• Managing delivery governance, including risks, issues, and stakeholder reporting.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience delivering Resourcelink payroll implementations within fast-paced programme environments.
• Experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g. SuccessFactors) and Time & Attendance systems.
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience working within structured project or programme frameworks.
