What the role involves

• We support peace and prosperity by building connections, understanding and trust between people in the UK and countries worldwide.
• We support them to build networks and explore creative ideas, to learn English, to get a high-quality education and to gain internationally recognised qualifications.
• The purpose of this role is to support the Resource Deployment Manager to deploy the right mix and profile of Examiners, Venue Supervisors and Venue Staff for Test Day delivery usi.
• Supporting recruitment and management of Examiners (incl IELTS & Schools).
• Ensure appropriate level of recruitment for Venue Supervisors to put through short lists for Operations Managers to select.
• Escalates complex issues/ complaints regarding Venue Staff or Examiners to Operations Resource Manager to provide solutions.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant working experience for 2 year in a similar environment.
• Experience working in compliance regulated procedures.
• Experience with planning and scheduling.
• Working in a challenging environment against tight deadlines.

Candidate fit

• Management of IELTS examiner quality and compliance through the Professional Support Network.
