Resourcing Administrator
Job description
As a Resourcing Administrator, the work centres on maintaining accurate and up to date records across recruitment systems and digital tools, ensuring data quality and GDPR compliance. It would suit someone who can bring confident communicator with good verbal and written skills, able to respond professionally to queries and escalate when appropriate. Comfortable phoning candidates to maximise atte to the role.

Where the technical work sits
- Maintaining accurate and up to date records across recruitment systems and digital tools, ensuring data quality and GDPR compliance.
- Coordinating interview scheduling, send invitations and pro-actively follow up with candidates to maximise attendance.
- Supporting team administration as required, proactively escalating process gaps and keeping up to date with changes and improvements.
Technical requirements
- Experience of using Microsoft Office and IT systems, with the agility to adapt to changing priorities and processes.
- Experience working in an administrative and customer focused role, supporting and communicating with a wide range of people. An understanding of recruitment practices would be idea.
