Fixed term contract - 1 year Start date - April 2025 A Resourcing Advisor supports the candidate journey and works with smaller stakeholder groups to support recruitment activities. The position is to cover EPL for a period of 12 months.

What you would be doing

Will focus more on the candidate attraction, market intel and onboarding process with additional duties for stakeholder engagement. The position will work on pre-planning for projects, reactive recruitment and attraction methods. Advise on resourcing requirements, working with resource managers and hiring managers to identify and engage candidates.

Practical information

• The position will be based out of Dartford with travel to sites and offices when required.
