Job description
As a Restart, the work centres on work with Employer Relationship Teams to deliver employer‑led events and sector‑based training. It would suit someone who can bring warm, steady communication with multiple stakeholders across the wider team to the role.

Where the technical work sits
- Work with Employer Relationship Teams to deliver employer‑led events and sector‑based training.
- Preparing Participants for specific employment opportunities through responsive training solutions.
- Promote training courses and support Employment Advisers with Participant action plans.
Technical requirements
- Collaborate with the wider training team to deliver mock interviews and work‑readiness activities.
- Strong IT capability using Microsoft Office, including Microsoft 365 applications and digital tools such as Microsoft Teams.
- Level 3 Award in Education and Training (formerly PTLLS) or Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training (formerly CTLLS).
