As a Restart, the work centres on work closely with the Business Manager and internal support functions such as Employer Services, Integration teams, and specialist operational support, to drive customer progressio. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.

What the role depends on
- Fully IT literate in using a range of Microsoft Office programmes to include 365 products and modern digital technologies, i.e. Microsoft Teams.
- Experience of delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards.
- Experience of working with people in ‘advice & guidance’ environments.
