Restaurant Assistant Mngr

The Restaurant Assistant Mngr position in Wilmslow Garden Centre centres on as the Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager in leading in the front of house operation working closely with our chef and kitc. It would suit someone who can bring ownership, clear communication, and practical organisation to the role.

Where the work sits

All positions include weekend working so flexibility is a must. The hours for this role are 45 per week over 5 days.

How the role works day to day

As the Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager in leading in the front of house operation working closely with our chef and kitc.

Practical details

• Our competitive rate of pay for this role is £13.69 per hour.
• However we have the added benefit of no evening work and no split shifts.
• Shift pattern: Weekends.

What needs to be in place

• Knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health and Safety requirements in the Catering Industry.
• Overseeing set up of the front of house, counters and back of house operation each day ensuring readiness for service.
• Coordinating the team in front of house operation to create a welcoming and efficient service for our customers, taking every opportunity to create a Wow experience.
