Restaurant Team Leader
Job description
This Restaurant Team Leader role is focused on supporting the Restaurant Manager in managing the Food & Beverage team members and working closely with the kitchen team throughout service. It would suit someone who can bring supporting service-by-service logistics operations while learning systems, routines, and working standards to the role.
Where the work sits
Stream - the ability to access up to 40% of your wages as you earn them each week. 28 days annual leave (rising to 33 days after 5 years).
How the role works day to day
Supporting the Restaurant Manager in managing the Food & Beverage team members and working closely with the kitchen team throughout service. Hosting to the highest calibre and ensuring that all team members working in the department maintain a high level of hospitality at all times to all guests. Ensuring the implementation of high standards of food and beverage service and high levels of product quality throughout the service periods.
