• Work with key financing instruments, such as bank loans, high-yield debt, and intercreditor arrangements.
• Leading and contribute to multi-jurisdictional restructuring proceedings, drafting and negotiating high-value documentation.

Skills and requirements

• We are working with a leading international law firm in London seeking a Restructuring & Insolvency Associate with 3-5 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE).
• This role is ideal for a commercially minded lawyer with strong experience in all aspects of special situations, restructuring and insolvency with a diverse client base.
• Be England & Wales qualified with 3–5 years PQE in restructuring and Insolvency.

Additional role context

• Advise on complex, cross-border restructurings and insolvency matters for a diverse client base, including corporates, lenders, and investors.
• Take responsibility on matters, demonstrating strong technical, commercial, and interpersonal skills.
• Experienced across a broad range of corporate restructuring and bankruptcy work, with exposure to international matters.
