What the role involves

• Delivering outstanding customer service and expert advice on plants and gardening products.
• Assisting customers with plant selection.
• Care guidance, and problem-solving.
• Maintaining plant health through watering, feeding, and general care.
• Merchandising and replenishing stock, ensuring displays are attractive and well-organised.
• Supporting seasonal changes and promotions Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards across the site.

Skills and requirements

• Retail, customer service, stock, till, merchandising, or supervisory experience may be useful.

Confirmed role details

• 30 per week to include weekends and bank holidays.
• In this role, you will provide excellent customer service, share your passion for gardening, and help maintain high standards across our plant and retail areas.
